For Your Own Good: The Realtor Code of Ethics (Version 2024-25)


Description
Awarded "Education Program of the Year," this course meets the National Association of Realtor membership requirement that must be met every three years by NAR members by Dec. 2027. This course also provides four hours of NC real estate elective credit.

This course has been approved for Realtors obtaining Code of Ethics training at Realtor Associations in NC. This course will also earn the student 4 hours of elective credit for the NCREC.

Not all NC brokers need to take this course; only brokers who are Realtors need this course for NAR membership renewal.
